Do you buy lithium batteries from electric vehicles?
Currently, we only accept lead-acid batteries. Lithium-ion batteries require specialized recycling processes that we don't offer at this time.
What happens to my battery after I sell it?
It goes to a licensed recycling facility where 95%+ of the battery is recovered. The lead is melted and reused, plastic is recycled, and acid is neutralized or reprocessed. Nothing goes to landfill.
